Our Job Placement, Pathway Creator, New Ventures, and Raising Leaders programmes help our participants build new lives of purpose and dignity.
Job Placement
Our Job Placement program serves as a bridge between the completion of the Change Makers Programme and entry into the workforce. We build on the skills learnt in the programme preparing our graduates for working life and collaborate with local businesses and our network of supporters to identify employment opportunities that align with our participants’ skills, interests, and career aspirations.
Job Readiness
Crafting professional resumes that highlight each participant's skills, experiences, and personal transformation and conducting mock interviews to build confidence and communication skills, ensuring participants are ready to make a strong impression on potential employers.
Skills Training
Continue in practical training in welding, carpentry and screen printing so that our graduates enter the job market with confidence.
Job Matching
Working closely with local employers to match participants with jobs that offer not just employment but a chance for growth and stability.

Pathway Creator
Our Pathway Creator programme supports Change Makers Programme graduates through further education and skills training. Pathway participants continue to receive food and lodging, and their high school, university or skills training fees are subsidised.

Brandon’s Story
As one of the shining stars of the Change Makers Programme, Brandon’s journey with the Pathway Creator programme stands as a testament to the transformative power of dedicated support and education.
Pathway participants have graduated high school and university through the programme and become leaders in the community, while continuing to play a key role in the Change Makers story.
The Pathway Creator programme can currently accommodate four participants, with each able to stay for a maximum of four years.

Bible Study Groups
Our weekly bible study sessions include Change Makers Programme graduates and members of the community, including former gang members impacted by our outreach events. The sessions provide a grounding in biblical truth and a support network.
Mentorship Programme
Our graduates are partnered with mentors who offer continued guidance, encouragement, and practical advice on navigating life's challenges.
Alumni Network
Building a strong community of Change Makers graduates who can support each other, share opportunities, and celebrate successes together.
